Serviced apartments are designed to act as ‘homes away from home’ with more space and facilities compared to regular apartment rentals and hotels. Our serviced apartments have a housekeeping service included within the cost of your accommodation. Housekeeping services can range from daily to fortnightly, but typically, cleaning and maintenance are conducted in our apartments once a week.
We love animals, but unfortunately, our properties are not suitable for pets.
The check-in and check-out procedures of our apartments are varied depending on the building and location. In all properties we allow guests to simply self-check in. Full instructions for check-in will be sent to the guests along with an in-apartment information pack. Instructions may include reminders to the guests to bring identification and booking confirmation to the check-in destination.
Security measures are variable across our apartments. CCTV is in operation on all of the properties and in the car park.
